Job Description

System One is seeking a highly qualified Agile Coach/ Scrum Master for a long-term opportunity in Tampa, FL. Ideal candidates will have experience with Jira and the ability to guide and support newly formed Scrum and Kanban project teams. Responsibilities:

• Help development teams follow SAFe Agile framework
• Plan deliverables, manage scope, and project timelines
• Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings and daily stand-ups
• Help resolve issues that block teams’ work
• Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests
• Significantly improve overall agile and scrum processes for product / service delivery
• Support 3 scrum teams in preparation for product delivery and implementation in a multi-channel agile environment.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years' experience managing Atlassian products (JiraCloud and JiraAlign)
• Possess strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster strong relationships with teams and leadership

• Experience with Agile and Kanban development frameworks and project management in large enterprise environments
• Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose complex issues
• Able to demonstrate experience supporting technical users and conduct requirements analysis
• Can work independently with minimal guidance & oversight
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field of study (i.e. Computer Science, Information Technology)
• Experience with IT Service Management and familiarity with Incident & Problem management and ServiceNow tool
• SAFe and Scrum Master certifications preferred
• Bilingual fluency in English & Portuguese highly preferred
