Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:15 AM – 3:15 PM
Pay: Local: $1,850/Week | Travel: $2,100/Week
Position Overview:
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking School Nurse – RN for an exciting job in Poplar Bluff, MO.
Responsibilities:
Deliver direct nursing care, including assessment, treatment, and monitoring of acute and chronic health conditions.
Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and school policies.
Maintain accurate and confidential student health records, documenting assessments, interventions, and follow-ups.
Develop and implement individualized healthcare plans for students with special needs or chronic conditions.
Conduct vision, hearing, and scoliosis screenings in line with state and school guidelines.
Respond to health emergencies and provide first aid or emergency care as needed.
Collaborate with parents, teachers, and healthcare providers to support student wellness.
Educate students and staff on health promotion, disease prevention, and healthy lifestyle practices.
Monitor and manage communicable diseases and ensure infection control within the school.
Ensure compliance with state regulations and school health policies.
Requirements:
Active RN license in the State of Missouri.
Knowledge of and ability to follow school health policies and state regulations.
