We are seeking a dynamic, energetic, motivated professional for a part-time Patient Care Coordinator position. Work Hours:

Monday, Wednesday & Thursday, from 8:30AM - 3:00 PM.

Friday 8:30AM -1:30 PM

Job Responsibilities:

• Meet and greet patients.
• Answer a high volume of phone calls.
• Checking in/Checking out patients.
• Scheduling appointments
• Data entry
• Match, batch, code, enter invoices and process payments.
• Verify statements of accounts.
• Complete other tasks as assigned

Desired Personal Attributes

• A caring and compassionate team player.
• High level customer service.
• Knowledge of medical insurance billing and coding experience preferred
• Ability to multitask.
• Detail orientated and able to maintain accurate records.
• Ability to focus and work quickly.
• Ability to spend extensive time on the telephone.
• Computer skills – basic excel skills a plus.
• Medical office experience preferred but not required.
