Position:

Senior Business Systems Analyst

Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Business Systems Analyst (BSA) with deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O), particularly in Advanced Warehousing, Supply Chain, and Transportation Management.

The ideal candidate will support global implementation and optimization efforts, enabling business readiness, process documentation, testing, and training initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end business process mapping, SOPs, and documentation.
- Guide users through testing, change impact analysis, and training.
- Support system demonstrations, walk-throughs, and hypercare post-implementation.
- Assist in functional configuration, UAT, and feedback loops with business units.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align solutions with business objectives.

Requirements:

Required Skills:
- 5+ years of experience with D365 F&O or Dynamics AX (Configuration & Customization).
- Strong functional expertise in Advanced Warehousing, Transportation, Supply Chain.
- Experience working in global D365 implementations and regulated environments.
- Strong documentation, testing, and facilitation experience.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Nice to Have:
- Experience with Azure DevOps
- Microsoft Dynamics Certifications
- Background in regulated industries like medical devices
