We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Salesforce Consultant/Developer to join our growing team in California . The ideal candidate will have strong technical and functional experience in Salesforce CRM, with a deep understanding of platform customization, automation, and integration best practices.
Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and implement customized Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, LWC, and Flow.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
Customize Salesforce objects, page layouts, record types, workflows, and validation rules.
Develop and maintain system integrations using APIs, middleware, and third-party tools.
Create reports and dashboards for business users.
Provide technical support and ongoing system administration.
Participate in Agile development cycles and contribute to sprint planning and code reviews.
Maintain documentation for system design, configuration, and development.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
3+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce development and administration.
Strong expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SOQL.
Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud.
Familiarity with data migration tools like Data Loader and integration tools like MuleSoft or Boomi.
Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (minimum).
Salesforce Platform Developer II or Salesforce Administrator certifications.
Experience with CI/CD tools like Git, Jenkins, or Copado.
Experience working with enterprise clients in industries such as tech, healthcare, or finance.
Knowledge of Salesforce security model and best practices.
