Location: Everett, WA
(also serving Lake Stevens, Marysville, Lynnwood and surrounding areas)

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Master the Craft: Learn to cut, duplicate, and program car keys and fobs—become a key expert!
• Customer Focused:  Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, ensuring satisfaction with every interaction.
• Sales Skills:  Gain hands-on experience in customer acquisition, sales processing, and relationship building.
• Tech-Savvy:  Learn to enter and manage customer information in our system with precision.
• Be a Leader: Demonstrate consistency in both your technical work and sales performance, contributing to team success.

What We’re Looking For:

• A positive, can-do attitude and eagerness to learn.
• Ability to pass a background check and maintain a clean driving record (MVR check required).
• Strong organizational skills and effective time management.
• Reliable transportation with a valid driver’s license.
• Willingness to work in a physically active environment (getting in and out of cars, testing keys, retrieving VINs, etc.).
