Job Description

Business Development Manager - Commercial Paint

Our Client is a leading Commercial Paint Contractor in the area seeking a successful Business Development Manager to join their growing team!

Responsibilities:

* Develop a strategic plan to meet company goals for growth
* Network, meet, finesse new and potential Clients
* Follow up with all necessary personnel ensuring all project prerequisites are met and maximum profit margins are achieved
* Maintain and develop existing Client relationships
* Promote a positive company culture

Qualifications:

* 3-5+ years of Sales and Business Development
* Bachelors Degree in a related field preferred
* Experience Estimating Paint jobs on diverse Commercial buildings
* In-depth knowledge of the market and competitors
* Superior communication skills

Compensation/Benefits:

* Industry-leading compensation and bonus plans ($120K-$150K+ base, base comp is negotiable depending on experience and skillset)
