JOB                    Recruiter (Staffing Industry)

LOCATION          Blue Bell PA

SCHEDULE          Mon - Fri (8am to 5pm)

Recruiter's at Joule contribute to Joule's success by: 

• Sourcing and recruiting in clinical and scientific operations.
• Evaluating, and reviewing potential candidates to assess experience, work history, and salary requirements.
• Developing and maintaining a strong pipeline of qualified talent 
• Extending and negotiation hiring agreements 
• Ensuring compliance requirements have been satisfied
• Exceed client expectations and placements within established time frames
• Building strong long-term client relationships 
• Maintain relationships with candidates to gain industry knowledge and obtain referrals 

• Prior Experience in a Science/Clinical or Engineering staffing firm
• Bachelor degree (preferred) 
• Ability to meet established metrics and performance requirements
• Ability to foster communications with candidates and clients
• Desire to build a career in recruiting 
• Ability to multi-task and persevere in a fast paced dynamic environment with a sense of urgency.
