Are you an experienced project manager with expertise in windows, siding, roofing, and gutters? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where you manage subcontractors, in-house crews, and project costs? If so, we want you on our team!
Key Responsibilities:
Project Coordination: Oversee and coordinate all aspects of job installations, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
Subcontractor & Crew Management: Hire, schedule, and supervise subcontractors and in-house crews, ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards.
Vendor & Cost Management: Negotiate pricing with vendors and suppliers, maintaining margins while securing high-quality materials.
Sales & Training Support: Work closely with the sales team to provide product installation and specifications training.
Quality Control: Ensure all installations meet manufacturer specifications, building codes, and company quality standards.
Billing & Invoicing Oversight: Review subcontractor invoices to verify accuracy and ensure alignment with work completed.
Qualifications:
Strong knowledge of window, siding, roofing, and gutters products and installation practices.
Experience managing subcontractors and in-house crews in the construction industry.
Ability to read and understand manufacturer specifications and installation guidelines.
Strong negotiation skills for working with vendors and subcontractors.
Ability to multitask and oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to order and critically measure material for window, siding, roofing, and gutters jobs.
