Job Description
Qualifications:
+ 6 months of recent office, administrative, or sales support experience.
+ Strong attention to detail.
+ Microsoft Office Proficient.
+ High School Diploma or equivalent.
+ Familiarity with basic Excel and Microsoft Suite.
+ Problem-solving abilities.
+ Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
+ Self-starter who works well in a team environment.
Responsibilities
+ Process registration renewals using various methods such as electronic transfer, online terminal, or mail to meet department performance standards for accuracy and timeliness.
+ Assist the mail department in processing and sending out renewal notices to clients.
+ Ensure clients are billed correctly for renewals by verifying registration and service fees.
+ Reconcile discrepancies using data acquired from databases and vendor reports.
+ Keep vehicles legal for client use by ensuring all jurisdiction requirements are met.
+ Contact drivers or clients when additional jurisdiction requirements, such as emissions checks or resolving outstanding violations, are needed to complete renewals.
+ Coordinate with other departments to help fulfill missing or late requirements.
Work Environment
This position is based in a corporate office environment with business professional attire. Work hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with a 30-minute lunch break.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
