What You'll Do
 
A Product Owner will work closely with leaders across FA, receiving on-the-job training to take ownership of the end-to-end lifecycle of a product portfolio. A successful Product Owner will serve as the facilitator and planner for all aspects of product management, Drive activities of corresponding cross-functional teams who build, integrate, or enhance new or existing products within their portfolio. This work will be aligned to the product roadmap using Agile methodology. They will coordinate and initiate the appropriate actions with the right SWAT POD, including QA, Scrum Masters, Architects, and Developers. The Product Owner will focus on maximizing product reusability, driving revenue growth, enabling new client acquisitions, improving customer experience, and fostering strong teamwork.

Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with product leadership to plan and execute the product roadmap, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.
  • Collaborate with commercialization product owners and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications, breaking them down into epics, themes, features, and user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
  • Manage the full product lifecycle, including prioritizing bugs, enhancements, and new offerings, from ideation through launch.
  • Track product performance metrics to ensure targets are met or exceeded, making adjustments to the product roadmap as needed.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders across multiple functions and locations to ensure alignment with stakeholder needs.
  • Integrate performance metrics, usability studies, research, and market analysis into product requirements to optimize user satisfaction.
  • Stay informed on competitive landscapes, industry trends, and digital innovations in the marketplace.
 
What You May Need to be Successful:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (business or technical degree preferred).
  • Minimum of 3 years in a product management role, with familiarity in APIs, product and software development tools, techniques, and Agile methodologies.
  • Practical experience with Agile methodologies is highly desired, ideally 3+ years of experience within an organization undergoing Agile transformation.
  • Strong technical skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with development teams and motivate them with ideas and vision.
  • Proven ability to collaborate and partner with engineers to scope projects, overcome challenges, and ship impactful products.
  • Excellent team player who thrives in cross-functional environments but can also work independently to resolve bottlenecks, gather customer feedback, make trade-offs, and balance business needs with technical constraints.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data from diverse sources, identify key issues, and craft effective solutions.
  • Familiarity with DevOps, JIRA, and other product management tools.
  • Experience in automation, identity verification, or fraud prevention is a plus.

The salary range for this position is approximately $95K- 125K base annually. This range reflects our good faith estimate to pay fairly as to what our ideal candidates are likely to expect, and we tailor our offers within the range based on the selected candidate’s experience, industry knowledge, technical and communication skills, and other factors that may prove relevant during the interview process.
