Job Description



We are looking for a Product Manager/Owner to join our growing global team at Sectigo.

The Product Manager/Owner manages the roadmap for a key area of our business. This individual partners with cross-functional teams including Product Marketing, Sales, Product Design, Engineering, and Operations. The individual loves to solve hard problems and creating truly innovated products by leveraging their experience and expertise as a season SaaS product professional.

This is a full-time position working in the hybrid model and at least 3 days a week from our Scottsdale, Arizona office.

Here are the core functions, responsibilities, and expectations for this role: 

  • Achieve revenue and market share targets defined in financial plans for a product area.
  • Manage the product roadmap and ensure it aligns with the overall company strategy.
  • Stay current with industry and market trends and the competitive landscape.
  • Serve as the product subject matter expert, supporting various departments but not limited to Product Marketing, Sales, and Support.
  • Analyze the market and engage with customers to identify opportunities to evolve the product offering and innovate in support of business growth and retention goals.
  • Define product pricing and positioning to maximize sales and revenue opportunities. 
  • Gather requirements by partnering with key business stakeholders including sales team and effectively communicate product requirements to the engineering teams. 
  • Conduct routine customer interviews to capture meaningful feedback and make feature recommendations.
  • Manage backlog feature prioritizations along with hands-on participation.
  • Define solution value propositions and collaborate with product marketing to develop white papers, brochures, social media, web pages, online events and more.
  • Other duties as assigned and related to the nature of this role and company initiatives.
  • Travel as needed to visit customers and attend tradeshows

Qualifications



Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field is strongly recommended.

Experience:

  • A minimum of 5+ years of industry experience with B2B SaaS solutions.
  • A strong understanding of Agile development principles with hands-on experience is required.
  • Current and/or prior working experience in the B2B cybersecurity and/or certificate authority industry is strongly recommended.
  • Experience working with enterprise SaaS solution integrations is strongly recommended.
