🛠️ What You'll Be Doing

• Deliver Fikes products to local businesses.
• Perform detailed deep cleaning services for commercial and/or residential spaces, including floors, walls, fixtures, restrooms, kitchens, and specialty surfaces.
• Operate cleaning equipment including floor scrubbers, carpet extractors, and pressure washers.
• Follow cleaning protocols for sanitation and safety.
• Maintain supply inventory and report needs to management.
• Work independently or with a team to complete assigned projects on time.
• Adhere to company quality standards and client-specific requirements.
• Manage client inventory and ensure service satisfaction
• Build relationships and identify new opportunities with existing and potential customers
• Represent Fikes with professionalism and a customer-first mindset

• Excellent organization and attention to detail
• High School diploma or GED required
• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
• Physically able to lift 50 lbs. regularly throughout the day
