Rehabilitation

Qualifications:

Active North Carolina OT License: Required.
Education: Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
Experience: 1+ years of experience in long-term care or rehab preferred. New graduates are encouraged to apply!
Skills: Expertise in assessment and treatment plan development, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
COVID-19 Vaccination: Required (including booster).
Recent Health Screening: Negative PPD within the last 12 months or chest X-ray within the last 5 years.
Reliable Transportation: Essential.
Clean Background Check: Required.

Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to evaluate functional abilities.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to maximize patient independence and quality of life.
Provide direct patient care using therapeutic activities, adaptive techniques, and assistive devices.
Monitor, document, and adjust treatment plans based on patient progress.
Educate patients and families on exercises, techniques, and lifestyle modifications.
Collaborate effectively with the interdisciplinary healthcare team.
