Job Description

We partner with top nonprofit organizations to run community-based fundraising and outreach campaigns. As a Business Development Associate, you’ll gain hands-on experience in team leadership, operations, and campaign strategy while supporting urgent social causes.

What You’ll Do

Management & Business Training (60%)

• Execute and lead strategic fundraising campaigns from the ground up
• Oversee day-to-day event operations and performance metrics
• Learn how to manage teams, set sales goals, and scale campaigns
• Gain practical training in budgeting, forecasting, and business analytics

Sales & Community Fundraising (30%)

• Serve as a campaign lead at local events and community hotspots
• Educate the public on nonprofit missions and build donor relationships
• Use face-to-face engagement and sales strategy to drive donations

Leadership Development (10%)

• Master public speaking, team training, and leadership best practices
• Receive one-on-one mentorship from experienced campaign managers
• Push beyond comfort zones and develop confidence through action
