Job Description
Our client, a leading organization in the healthcare industry, is seeking a Credentialing Specialist to join their team. As a Credentialing Specialist, you will be part of the Credentialing Department supporting provider credentialing and recredentialing efforts. The ideal candidate will demonstrate meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Credentialing Specialist
**Location:** Menomonee Falls, WI
**Pay Range: $22**
**Shift: 1st shift 8am-4:30pm**
**What's the Job?**
+ Conduct high-volume verifications of provider credentials according to product and quality guidelines for provider credentialing and recredentialing
+ Ensure accuracy of provider information in credentialing systems by matching provider entered data with all credentialing documents
+ Perform outreach to providers to obtain completed credentialing applications
+ Maintain timely processing of credentialing applications via the Dental Hub platform
+ Adhere to compliance standards, including identity verification processes through id.me and NPDB access procedures
**What's Needed?**
+ High School Diploma or equivalent required
+ Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and completeness
+ Results-oriented with the ability to meet deadlines and set challenging goals
+ Familiarity with healthcare or dental industry credentialing processes is a strong plus
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and experience with database or CRM software
