Assist in planning, organizing, and executing public engagement campaigns and outreach events
Represent nonprofit partners at community events , fundraisers , and live activations
Deliver outstanding customer and donor experiences in face-to-face settings
Engage with local community members to raise awareness and generate support for charitable causes
Participate in leadership development, mentorship, and campaign strategy sessions
Ensure campaign messaging is aligned with client brand guidelines and nonprofit values
Help manage logistics, team coordination, and post-event reporting and feedback
No prior experience required — paid training is provided
Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
Friendly, professional, and community-focused demeanor
Highly organized and capable of balancing multiple tasks
Comfortable in fast-paced , team-oriented , and public-facing environments
Detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility and commitment to impact
Experience in customer service, fundraising, marketing , or event coordination is a plus
Willingness to travel locally for events
