LunaJoy is transforming the landscape of women’s mental health. We believe that mental health care should be accessible, personalized, and empowering, especially during crucial life stages such as postpartum, perimenopause, and other transitional periods.

We connect women across the U.S. with licensed mental health professionals who specialize in addressing anxiety, depression, trauma, and postpartum challenges, among other conditions. Luna Joy is operational in over 20 states, with more expansion underway. Our innovative telehealth model ensures that women receive consistent care no matter where they are. Our team of over 50 licensed providers is supported by a robust network that handles everything from credentialing and billing to patient support, making it easier for you to focus on delivering exceptional care.

Job Overview

We are looking for Licensed Mental Health Providers (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LMHC) to join our growing team. As a licensed provider, you will assist in delivering high-quality therapy services, working closely with our clinical team to help patients achieve their mental health goals. This position requires a high level of clinical expertise and compassion to ensure success.

Licensed Mental Health Providers can join LunaJoy to supplement their existing practice, with a flexible commitment of at least 10 hours per week. Therapists partnering with LunaJoy enjoy seamless integration with their practice and an expanded reach through new client matching. We handle all administrative tasks—from billing and credentialing to front desk support and IT services. Our comprehensive support allows you to focus entirely on delivering quality care to your patients.

As part of the LunaJoy team, you will play an essential role in supporting the mental health journey of one million women with purpose-driven innovation, unwavering compassion, and transformative care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individual and/or group therapy using evidence-based practices.
• Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment as necessary, and collaborate with other healthcare professionals.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation according to professional standards.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest research and trends in women’s mental health, ensuring best practices in patient care.
• Participate in team meetings and case consultations to support collaborative care.

Ideal Profile

It's Also Nice if You Have:

• Specialized training in trauma-informed care, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), or dialectical behavior therapy (DBT).
• Experience working in telehealth settings.
• Certifications or continuing education in women's mental health.

Qualifications:

• Licensed as a LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or LMHC in good standing.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in psychotherapy or clinical care.
• Experience with women’s mental health, particularly perinatal and postpartum mental health, is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a remote setting.
• Proficiency with telehealth platforms and electronic medical record systems is preferred.
• Passion for women’s mental health and a commitment to making a positive impact.

Compensation & Benefits:

Compensation Range: $60–$65 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
