Job Description

Salary: $85,000 - 85,000 per year Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 3 years of experience, a Master’s degree with at least 1 year of experience, or 7+ years of experience in lieu of a degree.
• Over 5 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development across various applications (e.g., ITSM, ITOM including HAM/SAM, ITBM, CSM, SecOps, GRC, HR).
• At least 3 years of leading technical discussions, conducting solution reviews, or facilitating technical changes.
• A minimum of 3 years of industry experience (e.g., Financial Services, Healthcare, High Tech, Manufacturing, Retail, etc.).
• Experience collaborating with the US Federal Government.
• Capability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust (contract requirement).

Responsibilities:

• In this role, I am looking for ServiceNow Developers to support and enhance ServiceNow projects, develop process workflows and automation strategies, and work closely with colleagues during architecture and design reviews. You will assist in creating key solution artifacts such as roadmaps, operational optimization recommendations, and architecture diagrams, often considering long-term scalable solutions beyond basic user-story requirements. Additionally, you may engage in growth-related activities, including prototypes and presentations, while ensuring you maintain relevant certifications.
