About The Role

We’re looking for a curious and reliable IT Operations Assistant to join our team. This is an entry-level position ideal for someone who enjoys solving small technical challenges and wants to grow into a deeper understanding of how our business operates.

You’ll support day-to-day IT tasks, help streamline internal workflows, and gain exposure to the systems and strategies that drive our dealership operations.

Responsibilities

• Handle basic IT support tasks (e.g., password resets, printer setups, software installs)
• Assist with troubleshooting hardware and software issues
• Help maintain internal documentation and asset tracking
• Shadow senior IT staff to learn operational systems
• Participate in cross-functional meetings to understand business processes
• Support data entry, reporting, and system cleanup tasks
