The Role We Want You For

Performs various aspects of interior design as directed, including conceptual studies, program requirements, systems selection, and layout; preparation of programming, schematic design, and design development and construction documents as directed; preparation of marketing and presentation materials; active involvement in experiential and other learning opportunities to develop skills necessary to assume more senior roles within the firm. Can be relied upon to present directly to the client on design solutions.

The Specifics of the Role

Professional registration as an architect or interior designer. Previous experience supporting business development. FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment) experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in architecture or interior design,
• Demonstrated competence with computer-based drafting tools (Revit), Enscape, Adobe Creative Suite and MS Office.
• Strong English language communications skills (written and oral)
• 5+ years of relevant experience.

Compensation

• The salary range for this position considers a wide range of factors in making compensation decisions including but not limited to: Education, qualifications, skills, training, experience, certifications, internal equity, and location. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for the role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The Clayco Nationwide salary range for this position is approximately $70,000 - $85,000 +/- annually (not adjusted for location).
