DLP Cybersecurity/Network Engineer

Location: Onshore: Raleigh, Charlotte, Atlanta ( worker to be in office 4 days week)

Duration: 12+ months

Role Description:

Experience Requirements

• 3 7 years in cybersecurity or network security roles, with a focus on DLP solutions.
• Hands-on experience with Palo Alto Networks products , especially DLP and SaaS security offerings.
• Proven track record in implementing and managing DLP policies across enterprise environments.
• Experience in incident response and troubleshooting for data protection and compliance issues.
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance frameworks (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, PCI-DSS).
• Background in customer engagement and technical support for security solutions.

Technical Knowledge

• Deep understanding of DLP technologies and SaaS security protocols.
• Strong grasp of network security principles and protocols: TCP/IP, DNS, SSL, VPN.
• Proficiency in policy configuration and rule tuning for DLP systems.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) and integration with DLP solutions.
• Familiarity with automation tools and scripting (Python, Terraform) for security operations.
• Ability to monitor, analyze, and optimize DLP performance and security posture.
