Position Overview:
The Human Resources Manager is responsible for the management of functions related to HR issues for all Team Members. Interacts with potential candidates and Team Members to provide information in response to inquiries about company, policies and procedures. This position must also have experience with Recruiting, Human Resources Management, Benefits Administration, Performance Management, Communication Processes, Compensation and Wage Structure, Supports Diversity, Classifying Employees, Employment Law, Laws Against Sexual Harassment, Organization.

Strategy and Leadership
Recruiting and Talent Acquisition
Talent Management
Employee Relations
Legal Compliance
Administrative
Respond to Unemployment Claims
Complete verification of employment (“VOE”) requests
Reset passwords in HRIS (UltiPro) and Payroll system (Kronos)
Verify attendance, hours worked, and pay adjustments
Run reports for anniversary, birthday, and telephone lists
Update Team Member information in HR database
Look up, and communicate, PTO balances

Supervisory Responsibility - this position may supervise other clerical staff as deemed necessary to perform the duties of the job.
Work Environment - this job operates in a clerical office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work - this is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
Travel - this position may require travel from time to time.
Additional Eligibility Qualifications - must be able to pass a background check
