Role: Mid level/Entry level Business Analyst Position

Location: Hybrid and Onsite (florida)

Employment Type: W2 Contract

Work Authorization: GC, H4 EAD & USC.


Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and resolve software, hardware, and network issues for customers.
• Work closely with customers to identify issues and provide timely and effective solutions.
• Document and track customer issues using support ticketing systems.
• Reproduce and escalate technical issues to engineering teams when necessary.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., product, engineering) to improve the customer experience.
• Develop and maintain knowledge base articles and customer documentation.
• Provide training and guidance to customers on software functionality and best practices.
• Monitor and maintain the health of customer systems by performing regular checks.
• Continuously improve support processes to ensure faster response times and better customer satisfaction.

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Advanced degree in a data-related field.
• Experience with machine learning techniques or predictive analytics.
