Exciting opportunity for an Optometrist to work a hybrid schedule; Drive a company-provided Tesla for work and personal use & earn $170,000 plus bonuses!

This growing group practice is looking for an Optometrist who's interested in working from home 2 days/week, traveling to locations around Pueblo 2 days per week, and working in Pueblo 1 day/week. They will provide a Tesla for the Optometrist for work and personal use for the duration of employment.

Overview:

Mon-Fri only
Tech and scribe assistance
See patients of all ages
Routine exams and contact lenses
15-20 patients per day
EHR: Revolution
Schedule: 2 days/week telehealth, 2 days/week traveling to locations around Pueblo, 1 day/week on-site in Pueblo

Compensation and benefits:

Base pay $170,000 plus bonuses
Company-provided Tesla for work and personal use
50% paid health insurance
Malpractice insurance
401K with 4% match after 1 year
CO licensure
80 hours PTO
$1200 toward CE yearly
COA and AOA dues

Minimum qualifications:

Doctor of Optometry degree (O.D.) *please do not apply if you are not an Optometrist*
Valid Colorado optometry license (or intent to become licensed)
Capable of working autonomously
