Job Description

  1. Educational background: Bachelor's degree or above from a national 211 university or a university in the Double First-Class Initiative, major不限;
  2. More than three years of working experience, familiarity with international business processes is preferred;
  3. Fluent in English, with strong written and oral communication skills in both Chinese and English (CET-6/TEM-8 preferred);
  4. Possessing a holistic thinking ability, capable of quickly understanding complex matters and driving their execution;
  5. Detail-oriented, with strong stress resistance, and able to adapt to a fast-paced, multi-tasking work environment;
  6. Demonstrating good professional ethics and a high sense of confidentiality. This position is a direct assistant to the company's general manager and will be a member of the core management team, deeply involved in the overall operation of the company. As the general manager needs to oversee all affairs of the factory, the responsibilities of this position will cover a wide range of business areas. We are looking for a versatile talent with strong organizational skills and practical abilities who can efficiently advance affairs in an uncertain environment.
  1. Comprehensive Affairs Coordination: Assist the General Manager in coordinating the operations of various modules in the factory (such as marketing, procurement, financial cost, production, quality, R&D technology, etc.), and promote the execution and implementation of key affairs.
  2. Information Integration and Follow-up: Timely collect and organize work data and abnormal information from various business lines, and drive the closed-loop resolution of problems.
  3. Daily Support Work: Including schedule arrangement, meeting organization, contract/quotation review and other affairs handling, to ensure the efficient and orderly operation of the General Manager's work.
  4. Communication and Coordination: Serve as a bridge for communication between the General Manager and internal and external parties, effectively convey decision-making intentions, and promote cross-departmental resource collaboration.
  5. Project Participation: Assist the General Manager in promoting key projects (such as new business development, major customer management, etc.), and assist in handling emergency matters or temporarily assigned tasks.
