**Job Title:** Estate and Document Attorney

**Job Description:**

We are seeking a dedicated attorney to support our Tax and Wealth Management teams in the area of Estate Planning. This role is fully remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home while engaging directly with our clients and their professional advisors, including Financial Advisors, Tax Attorneys, CPAs, Accountants, and Health Care Agents.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Collaborate with a team of professionals.
- Develop, troubleshoot, and demonstrate solutions with team support.
- Utilize documents created by external counsel or create your own.
- Conduct client meetings and provide leadership to both clients and team members.
- Stay current with the latest state laws.
- Opportunity to work with other law firms; we serve as a great referral source to expand your billable hours.
- Receive a book of business with 100+ households, with average client assets ranging from $1 million to $10 million.

**Requirements:**

- Entry-level attorneys are welcome, provided they have passed the State Bar.
- Compensation: $250-$350 per hour.
- Uncapped earning potential (500K - 1M+).
- No travel required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Innovative and creative mindset.
- Ability to execute a proven presentation system.
- Strong leadership skills and decisiveness.
- Effective time management and organizational skills to meet KPIs.
- Collaborative skills to turn ideas into strategies with the help of Tax, Business, and Financial Advisors.
