We are seeking a certified, full-time Virtual ESL Teacher to deliver engaging remote instruction to K-12 students across Massachusetts. Key Responsibilities:

Provide ESL instruction to K-12 students via an online platform, tailoring lessons to meet individual needs and learning styles.
Monitor and assess student progress regularly, adjusting teaching methods to foster continuous growth.
Collaborate with school staff, parents, and students to promote a positive learning environment and ensure student success.
Keep accurate records of student attendance, performance, and progress.
Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance teaching skills and stay current with educational best practices.

Qualifications:

Valid Massachusetts ESL certification.
Experience teaching ESL to K-12 students.
Strong proficiency in using online teaching tools and technology to create an interactive and engaging learning experience.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on fostering positive relationships with students, families, and colleagues.
