Job Description

Domino’s Pizza Delivery Driver - Deliver Smiles, One Slice at a Time!

Location: 3071 Hwy 21, Ste 106, Fort Mill, SC 29715

We're searching for friendly and reliable drivers to deliver hot, delicious pizzas to our customers. As a Delivery Driver, you'll be the face of our company, ensuring each delivery is prompt and leaves a positive impression.

What you'll be doing:

• Delivering pizzas and other menu items to customers in a timely and safe manner
• Providing friendly and courteous customer service
• Maintaining a clean and organized delivery vehicle as well as store level
• Following all traffic laws and safety procedures
• Accepting payment and processing transactions accurately

What we're looking for:

• A valid driver's license and a clean driving record for minimum of one year
• Reliable personal vehicle with insurance
• Excellent sense of direction and knowledge of the local area
• Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
• A positive attitude and commitment to customer satisfaction

Compensation:

Drivers average $20 - $25hr or $40k - $50K a year:

• Drivers are now paid $9 an hour
• Drivers average $4.00 per delivery in tips
• Drivers average 3 deliveries per hour
• Hourly tips avg. = $12.00hr
• Hourly tips of $12.00 + $9hr pay = $21.00hr
• $21.00hr x 40hr a week = $840 a week
• 50 weeks a year (took 2 weeks off for vacation) = $42,000

• Must make Perfect Pizzas every time by adhering to a strict adherence to Domino's pizza-making standards and procedures.
• Must maintain 100% Image at all times to maintain a clean and professional appearance, while adhering to the Domino's dress code, and representing the brand positively.
• Must work with Hustle and Energy we have a need for a fast-paced and efficient work style.
• Must be friendly and have a smile with all customers, the importance of excellent customer service and a positive attitude are the foundation of our business.

Applicants MUST possess the following:

• Driver's License (USA) of at least 1 Year (Not including permit)
• Clean driving record – no more than 3 violations in 2 years
• Able to pass a standard Background Check
