As an Employee Resource Center Associate , you’ll serve as a Tier 1 point of contact for employee inquiries, ensuring their concerns are resolved with professionalism, empathy, and accuracy. From addressing pay and benefits questions to navigating personnel actions, your ability to multitask and provide personalized, warm interactions will be key to your success!
What You’ll be Doing…
· Provide exceptional service by responding to, triaging, and resolving employee inquiries through the interactive inbox called “Service Now.”
· Thoroughly review multiple data points (ImageNow, Lawson, Enwisen, team notes, etc.) to deliver accurate answers.
· Maintain and update knowledge of policies, benefits, contracts, and pay adjustments to ensure compliance and consistency.
· Personalize templates for warm and helpful interactions to enhance the employee experience.
· Collaborate with a team of 10 to process a high volume of 200-300 tickets daily, personally closing 20+ cases per day once fully trained.
