LBHH is currently seeking a dynamic and strategic Human Resources Director . The Human Resources Director is responsible for executing Human Resource activities for all functional areas, (e.g., recruitment, employee relations, compensation, compliance, etc.) and serves as a professional resource for facility management on all HR–related activities. This position serves as a strategic partner and key member of hospital leadership and may serve as Administrator On-Call (AOC) as assigned, including completing rounding on patient units and throughout the facility.

This position is responsible for the following duties including but not limited to:

• Full cycle recruitment: research positions, full understanding of the Facility’s staffing needs, sourcing for candidates, leveraging the ATS, interviewing, selection, negotiating employment offers, assisting with new employee orientation, etc.). Implements and maintains proactive recruitment and retention strategies.
• Implements and directs engagement and retention programs including the onboarding program for the Behavioral Health facilities. Oversees employee engagement activities.
• Advises with Facility management and consults with Corporate HR Operations on sensitive corrective actions, PI Plans, terminations, position restructures, reductions-in-force and other performance issues.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field and a minimum of 5-8 years of Human Resources experience required.  Master's Degree and 8-10 years of experience preferred.  

Previous management expeirence required.

Previous related healthcare/hospital experience preferred.

Knowledge of federal, state, and local HR/employment laws and regulations.

Compliance with administrative agencies.

Use of Microsoft Office programs.

Effective communication skills, ability to problem-solve, conflict resolution skills.
