Batteries Plus in Carlisle, PA is interested in recruiting a customer service oriented individual with a prowess in device repairs, starting at $15 an hour, goes to $17 an hour when Certifications are completed. There is a bonus program that is also available to this position.

Device Repair Technician Duties: Unleash Your Heroic Potential

• Stand ready to engage with those in need, logging their device repair quests with a sense of duty.
• Assess the potential of repairs, estimating with precision and providing to customer the cost of the repairs.
• Cell phones, tablets, light fixtures, and other devices shall be part of your duties for repair to our customers.
• Assume the responsibilities of logistics, receiving, packing, and shipping devices with a sense of urgency.
• The installation of batteries, conducting tests and performing tech work, shall be as second nature to you.
• The rebuilding of cordless drill batteries and other power packs shall be a technical aspect of your duties.
• Maintain the inventory, a vital duty, ensuring the flow of components crucial to our mission's success.
• Bestow your knowledge upon store allies, training them in the art of device disassembly, image capture, and the creation of empowering video tutorials.
• Through the link of live camera-based remote support, guide your the other store associates in in-store device restorations.

• The tracking of inventory, a task vital to our mission, will be orchestrated by your capable hands, rotating, stocking, loading, unloading, and orchestrating deliveries.
• The visual spectacle of the store, its presentation and readiness for daily challenges, shall be your canvas, setting up and taking down of displays with precision.

Customer Service Device Repair Technician Qualifications: The Heroic Essence

• A high school diploma, combined with 3-6+ months of prior customer service and device repair experience are ideal aspects of your work experience.
• If device repair is an unfamiliar, an associate's degree in electronics or a similar technical field shall suffice, much like the acquisition of ancient knowledge for an epic quest.
• Technical prowess is an importan trait for embracing new processes and technologies.
• Attention to detail will lead you in managing and tracking multiple commitments, prioritizing and meeting deadlines.
• Communication skills, both oral and written are necessary traits for this position.

• A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are important since we deliver products to our commercial customers.
