As a Consumer Loan Sales Specialist, you'll play a key role in assisting customers with access to fast, friendly, and affordable financing for life's important expenses. This role offers an opportunity to build strong relationships with customers while developing valuable skills in lending and financial services.

### What You'll Do:

- Meet and exceed individual and branch sales goals while delivering exceptional customer service.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, guiding them through the loan process from application to repayment.
- Offer tailored financial solutions that align with customer needs and goals.
- Educate customers on loan terms, ensuring they fully understand their options.
- Present optional insurance products to customers in a clear and professional manner.
- Develop expertise in credit underwriting and sales tools to support customer financing needs.
- Oversee the full loan lifecycle, including account management and collections, while ensuring compliance with all regulations.

### What You Need to Succeed:

Required:
- High school diploma or GED

Preferred:
- Experience in sales, collections, or customer service
- Bilingual in Spanish (a plus!)

### Work Schedule & Location:
This is an on-site position, working Monday-Friday during standard business hours, with occasional extended hours during the week, including Saturdays as needed.
