About the Role:
As an Entry-Level Civil/Structural Engineer, you will be an integral part of our project teams, assisting in the design, analysis, and execution of engineering projects nationwide. This role involves extensive travel to construction sites (80-90% of the time), where you'll work closely with senior engineers, project managers, and contractors to ensure successful project completion. When not on-site, you'll have the flexibility to work remotely, contributing to project designs, reports, and technical documentation.
What You'll Do:
Assist in the design and analysis of structures, foundations, and support systems.
Conduct field inspections, collect site data, and ensure structural integrity.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including geotechnical, mechanical, and environmental engineers.
Support project managers in developing engineering plans, specifications, and reports.
Review construction plans, materials, and safety compliance measures.
Troubleshoot engineering challenges and propose innovative solutions on-site.
Stay updated on industry codes, standards, and best practices.
What Were Looking For:
Degree: Bachelors in Civil or Structural Engineering (or related field).
Skills: Strong analytical mindset, problem-solving abilities, and hands-on technical skills.
Software: Exposure to AutoCAD, Revit, SAP2000, STAAD.Pro, or similar engineering tools.
Mindset: Adaptable, eager to learn, and excited about traveling for hands-on experience.
Bonus: Internship or co-op experience in construction, structural engineering, or site inspections.
