Production Supervisor - Industrial Manufacturing

Are you a hands-on leader with a passion for driving results in a fast-paced manufacturing environment? We're seeking a skilled Production Supervisor to join a thriving industrial team and help lead day-to-day operations on the production floor.

What You'll Do:

Lead and manage production operations from start to finish

Ensure products meet the highest quality standards and are delivered on time

Train, mentor, and supervise production team members

Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize procedures

Track progress against production targets and ensure deadlines are met

What We're Looking For:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field

5+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Proficiency with MRP/ERP systems and general computer skills

Solid understanding of industrial manufacturing processes
