We rely on knowledgeable agents to interact with our valued customers who is highly skilled in managing a high volume of inbound and outbound calls.

The ideal candidate will be a quick learner who can memorize scripts and adapt quickly when issues arise during a call. This person will handling a variety of important supportive tasks, providing answers, insights, instructions, and assistance to our valued customers. As the voice of our company, the call center representative must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as be enthusiastic about helping consumers and driving their satisfaction.

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift between 10am-7pm
  • Possible OT

Required skills and qualifications:

  • Provide exceptional customer support via phone, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in both English and Spanish.
  • Utilize CRM software to document interactions and maintain accurate customer records.
  • Engage in sales activities, including outbound and warm calling, to promote products and services.
  • Demonstrate effective communication and phone etiquette while negotiating with customers and closing sales.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance customer satisfaction and drive business development initiatives.
  • Manage large amounts of outbound calls in a timely manner
  • Reach out to potential customers to determine their overall interest and eliminate customers who aren’t interested in our services; take appropriate next steps
  • Identify customer needs, clarify information, provide solutions and/or alternatives
  • Seize opportunities to up-sell products when they arise
  • Build sustainable relationships and engage customers

● Punctual

● Call Center experience preferred

● Bilingual Spanish a plus
