With sales volume on the rise, Sheehy Lexus of Richmond is looking for Experienced Used Vehicle Sales Consultants with exceptional customer service skills and a proven track record in sales to join our Sheehy family as we continue to grow. We seek highly motivated, result-driven team players who not only want to close the sale, but to turn new buyers into lifetime customers. Individuals with ONE year or more of USED CAR SALES experience is required. Requirements

• 1 year or more of Used Car Sales experience (REQUIRED)
• Be an energetic and outgoing 'people person' that's motivated to succeed
• Excellent communication, customer service and follow-up skills
• Have a positive attitude, good work ethic and professional appearance
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be authorized to work in the USA with valid driver's license
• Able to pass pre-employment background checks, MVR, and drug screen

Responsibilities

• Determine each customer's vehicle needs by asking questions and listening
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge and enthusiasm for used vehicles from varied Brands.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of pricing and specifications of competitive vehicles to provide clients with informative comparisons
• Have a friendly personality, especially when negotiating to price
• Attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities
• Lead customers through proven selling steps that close deals
• Deliver vehicles to customer, ensuring the customer understands the product features and paperwork to lay the foundation for customer loyalty
• Maintain customer information and contacts in CRM, eLeads experience a plus!
• Be Goal-oriented to meet sales objectives
• Follow-up with existing customers to build relationships that encourage repeat and referral business
• Develop new business through focused personal marketing efforts through telemarketing, email communication, SMS text messaging, and networking affiliations.
