Job Description: Your Impact

Are you passionate about creating meaningful connections and making a real difference? As an Appointment Center Specialist, you'll have the opportunity to elevate customer experiences while playing a vital role in ensuring efficient and effective customer support.

Job Duties: How You Win Everyday

  • Take inbound and make outbound calls to assist our customers in scheduling a free appointment with one of our experts.
  • Strive to meet or exceed your metrics for converting leads into scheduled appointments, while also focusing on appointment retention.
  • Collaborate effectively to ensure smooth communication and provide a personal touch with our homeowners.

Qualifications: What You Offer

  • Must be at least 18
  • Pre-employment screening includes, but isn't limited to, a felony/misdemeanor background check
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of customer service experience
  • A history of reliable and consistent job longevity
