Remote Contact Center Agent (Inbound Customer Service & Sales Support) - Auto Insurance Industry

Hiring Immediately - Full-Time Remote Opportunity

Are you a great communicator who enjoys helping people? We're looking for Remote Contact Center Agents to join our team! In this role, you'll handle inbound calls from customers interested in auto insurance quotes. Your main responsibility will be to gather key customer information and smoothly transfer calls to our partnered sales vendors who will provide the quote.

What You'll Do:

Answer inbound customer calls in a professional and friendly manner.
Gather and accurately document customer details before transferring them to the appropriate sales vendor.
Provide basic auto insurance information and confidently address common customer questions.
Use rebuttals and problem-solving skills to handle objections and keep the conversation on track.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering a smooth, seamless experience.
Meet performance metrics related to call handling, transfers, and customer engagement.

Job Details & Requirements:

Pay: Starting at $16.00 per hour.
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM EST.
Fully remote position - must have high-speed internet and a wired connection to a router.
Must be able to start immediately.
Background check required as part of the hiring process.
