Job Description

**Job Title: Production Supervisor** **Responsibilities** + Schedule and assign employees to work. + Monitor and schedule training opportunities to ensure employee qualification. + Advise, coach, and train employees on safe and proper work practices. + Track and document employee attendance and time for payroll purposes. + Conduct safety meetings and audits. + Maintain open communication throughout the facility. + Monitor employee performance and provide constructive feedback. + Ensure equipment is in safe and proper running condition, taking corrective action as needed. + Document daily activities such as production reports, safety meeting forms, and incident reports. **Essential Skills** + 5+ years of experience as a Production Supervisor in a manufacturing environment. + Experience supervising a team of 30 people. + Strong skills in production supervision, production management, and continuous improvement. + Proficiency in lean manufacturing and process improvement. + Knowledge of Six Sigma, manufacturing operations, and manufacturing processes. **Job Type & Location** This is a Permanent position based out of Westminster, MD 21157. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $75000.00/yr. health benefits, life, vision, dental benefits. 401k, holidays and PTO **Workplace Type** This is a fully onsite position in Westminster,MD 21157. **Application Deadline** This position is anticipated to close on Nov 30, 2025. **About Aerotek:** We know that finding work is hard, and finding meaningful work is harder.
