Job Description:
We are seeking talented and experienced Workday Extend Consultants to join our team. As a Workday Extend Consultant, you will be responsible for working on the implementation and support of Workday Extend applications, including integration, customization, and development to enhance the Workday platform for clients.
While the specific responsibilities will vary based on the project, general duties will include:
Collaborating with business stakeholders to understand and gather requirements for Workday Extend solutions.
Developing and deploying custom applications and integrations using the Workday Extend platform.
Troubleshooting, debugging, and resolving any technical issues that arise in the Workday environment.
Conducting testing and quality assurance for custom solutions and integrations.
Providing ongoing support and maintenance for Workday Extend applications post-deployment.
Working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery and optimal client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in Workday Extend, with hands-on experience in customization, integration, and development.
Strong understanding of Workday HCM, Payroll, or other Workday modules.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Workday's proprietary XpressO, Workday Studio, or other relevant technologies.
Ability to understand and translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and clients.
Ability to work independently and manage tasks in a fast-paced environment.
