Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Window and Door Installer or Trade Partner to join our skilled team. As a premier contractor for ProVia products, Sutton’s is dedicated to delivering top-tier workmanship to our clients, and this position is essential in upholding that commitment.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing high-quality windows and doors in residential settings. This role requires precision, attention to detail, and a dedication to craftsmanship, as each project impacts the home's overall performance and appearance. A Trade Partner, also known as a subcontractor, can fulfill this role with factory-supplied training and adherence to installation specifications.

Responsibilities:

- Expertly install a variety of windows and doors with precision and craftsmanship.
- Ensure proper sealing, insulation, and alignment to maximize energy efficiency and weatherproofing.
- Communicate professionally with clients on-site, addressing questions or concerns to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain clean and safe workspaces, adhering to all safety protocols and guidelines.
- Collaborate with team members and contractors to meet project timelines without compromising quality.
- Troubleshoot and resolve installation challenges efficiently, ensuring a high level of quality control.

- Hourly Pay range for an individual working for Sutton's, in this role, is currently $25 to $32 per hour. Trade Partners are paid by the job. 

Job Requirements: Window and Door Installer:

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.

License: Must possess a valid Illinois Driver's License.

Background & Drug Screening: Ability to pass a background check and drug test if requested.

Transportation: Must own a reliable truck suitable for transporting materials and equipment to job sites.

Tools: Must own and maintain a full set of tools necessary for window and door installation.

Physical Requirements:

- Ability to lift 75 lbs or more.

- Capable of working in various climates and weather conditions, including extreme heat, cold, rain, and snow.

Work Experience: Verifiable work history specific to window and door installation, demonstrating a track record of success in the field.
