Hands N Paws is looking for reliable, animal-loving pros to care for pets on weekends ! If your idea of a great Saturday or Sunday involves wagging tails, purring cats, and being trusted with their care—we want to hear from you.
✓ Commit to working most Saturdays and Sundays year-round (not seasonal/short-term)
✓ Be available for pet visits between 8 AM–10 PM both days
✓ Service all areas within I-270 (no city restrictions): Bexley, Central, UA, Dublin, etc.
✓ Maintain reliable transportation plus a backup plan
We select team members who meet these non-negotiable requirements. If you cannot fulfill them, please respect our time and do not apply.
✓ Follow Custom Care Plans – Provide feeding, meds, and activities exactly as instructed.
✓ Be On Time – Keep pets on schedule for meals, walks, and potty breaks.
✓ Ensure Safety – Secure leashes, gates, and monitor each pet’s health.
✓ Give Updates – Send real-time photos and notes through our app after each visit.
✓ Earn Trust – Treat pets and homes respectfully, and report any concerns promptly.
✓ Valid License & Insured Vehicle (plus backup transport)
✓ Clean Background Check (pass screening/references)
✓ Smartphone Skills (comfortable with scheduling & documenting visits)
✓ Physical Readiness (walk dogs, lift pets, handle high-energy animals)
Weekend team members are paid 50% base commission on all services completed. Rates include:
💲 $12 (20-min visit) | $13.50 (30-min visit) | $20 (45-min visit) | $26 (60-min visit)
Earning Boosts:
$3–5 for multi-pet households
$10 for same-day requests
$15 for holidays
100% of tips (often $5–$20+)
Biweekly payroll via direct deposit.
While you’ll enjoy plenty of happy moments with pets, weekend work is more than playtime. You’ll manage multiple visits each day, follow precise care routines, handle active walks, and document every detail of a pet’s wellbeing— rain or shine . Reliability, stamina, and keen observation skills are key. The true reward comes when you see a pet light up when you arrive or get heartfelt thanks from their humans.
