Fit Societe is the fitness brand of Rehab United Sports Medicine & Physical Therapy - a family-owned private practice specializing in outpatient physical therapy. Fit Societe offers group fitness classes as well as personal training at three of our eight clinic locations – Kearny Mesa, Carmel Valley and La Mesa. Are you passionate about fitness and motivating others to achieve their health goals? Fit Societe is seeking a dynamic and energetic Weekend Fitness Coach to join our team at our La Mesa location. As a Weekend Fitness Coach, you will play a vital role in revitalizing our Saturday program by leading a combination of classes, personal training sessions, and team training activities.

Essential Job Responsibilities:

• Lead engaging and effective fitness classes tailored to the needs and abilities of our diverse clientele.
• Provide personalized and motivating one-on-one or small group training sessions.
• Collaborate with other coaches to develop and implement innovative and challenging workout routines.
• Create a positive and supportive environment that encourages clients to reach their fitness goals.
• Assist with promoting and marketing our Saturday program to attract new clients and retain existing members.
• Maintain consistent availability and provide minimal coverage as needed to ensure the smooth operation of weekend activities.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• CPR Certification
• Certified Personal Trainer or Group Fitness Instructor (preferred).
• Previous experience leading fitness classes or personal training sessions.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Energetic and enthusiastic attitude with a passion for helping others.
• Ability to adapt workouts to accommodate various fitness levels and abilities.
• Availability to work Saturdays for a minimum of 4 hours per week with consistent coverage.
• Commitment to maintaining a positive and professional demeanor at all times.

Compensations:
