Job Title: Web Developer
Reports To: Technical Director / Head of Development

Hours of Work: 3AM UK time - 12noon/ LATAM 2PM - 11PM 

Sourcing location: LATAM

Salary: 1500-2000 (PH) / 2500+ (LATAM)

Team Overview:
The Web Developer will join a dynamic team of 8 developers, all reporting to the Technical Director and Head of Development. The team works closely with the client support team to ensure smooth project delivery and customer satisfaction.

Technical Skills:
The ideal candidate should have:

• At least 2 years of experience with Vue (preferred), React, or a similar JavaScript framework.
• Proficiency in SQL, HTML, and CSS.
• Preferred experience with NodeJS and GIT.

Additional experience in the following areas will be advantageous:

• ElasticSearch
• TypeScript
• PHP
• Browser compatibility issues
• Database management
• Linux command line

Desirable Attributes:
We are seeking a motivated and organised team player with a logical, detail-oriented approach. The ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders is highly valued. While a degree qualification or equivalent is beneficial, it is not a strict requirement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop dynamic web applications and new online innovations, working independently or as part of a team on larger projects.
• Maintain and enhance existing online applications and services.
• Contribute to the development of internal systems and processes.
• Provide support to the helpdesk by resolving code-related end-user issues.
• Collaborate with the client service team to create feature specifications and investigate issue reports.

Interview Process:
Candidates will complete a technical task prior to attending a face-to-face interview.
