Absorb is looking for a Web Developer to join our dynamic Marketing Program Management team! In this role, you’ll take the lead in shaping absorblms.com—a vital part of our customer journey—using cutting-edge technologies like React and Next.js. You'll collaborate closely with designers, content strategists, and marketing pros to build engaging, high-performing digital experiences that not only look great but deliver results. What you’ll do:

  • Develop, maintain, and enhance our marketing website using modern technologies such as React and Next.js.
  • Be a thought partner with critical input to shape the evolution of absorlms.com as a key part of our customer journey.
  • Collaborate with designers, content strategists, and marketing stakeholders to create engaging and accessible web experiences.
  • Ensure website performance, scalability, and adherence to best practices in SEO and accessibility.
  • Implement and manage A/B testing and personalization strategies to optimize user engagement and conversion rates.
  • Maintain and improve CI/CD workflows, ensuring efficient deployment processes and robust version control.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to front-end performance and integrations with various tools and platforms
  • Implement end-to-end digital experiences across desktop and mobile.
  • Make tough trade-off decisions to maximize return for the business.
  • Ad hoc duties as required.

What you’ll bring:

  • 5+ years of professional experience in front-end or full-stack web development.
  • Proficiency in React, Next.js, JavaScript, and modern web frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and accessibility best practices.
  • Familiarity with integrating REST APIs, webhooks, and server-side rendering techniques.
  • Solid understanding of SEO principles, Core Web Vitals, cache management, CDN configuration, and performance optimization strategies.
  • Experience integrating with marketing technology stacks, including analytics, A/B testing, and personalization tools.
  • Practical knowledge of end-to-end browser interactions with web servers, including HTTP headers, TLS, compression, proxy behaviors, authentication, and XSS security considerations.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD workflows, Git, deployment pipelines, and test automation.
  • Experience with tracking, estimating, and prioritizing web development work using Agile methodologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with cloud infrastructure and hosting services (e.g., AWS, Vercel).
  • Familiarity with design tools such as Figma.
  • Deep understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
