Job Title: Sr. UX Architect 

Location: 1030 Delta Boulevard Atlanta, GA 30354 (Hybrid)

Duration: 12+ Months with possible extension/conversion

Job Overview:

We are seeking a  UX Architect with strong UX and visual design expertise to drive innovative, customer-focused solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing UX/UI skills, proficiency in HTML/CSS, and experience contributing to design systems and UI kits.

Candidate should have:

• Strong UX Have experince working in a high pressure environment Building user experience for dotcom experience for any large ecommerce Strong experience with Figma Knowledge of UI frameworks like Angular React

• 6+ years of experience in UX/UI architecture and visual design.

• A strong portfolio showcasing UX and visual design skills.

• Expertise in HTML and CSS, with hands-on experience designing accessible products.

• In-depth understanding of WCAG guidelines and accessibility best practices.

• Experience contributing to UI kits and design systems from both design and front-end perspectives.

• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach.

• Excellent written, visual, and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively.

• Experience working in agile teams and contributing to sprint cycles.

• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) like AEM (preferred).

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain the high-level architecture and design for applications, data, and infrastructure.

• Lead and provide technical guidance for UX/UI projects, ensuring consistency in design and implementation.

• Design application technical infrastructure, including databases, programming languages, utilities, and testing methodologies.

• Implement WCAG accessibility standards to create inclusive digital experiences.

• Build and maintain multi-platform technology consensus across business units.

• Oversee front-end development and ensure compliance with coding standards and best practices.

• Contribute to UI kits and design systems to establish cohesive and scalable designs.

• Evaluate and integrate new technologies into small and medium-scale environments.

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to align UX strategies with business objectives.

• Define functional and non-functional requirements for new software and applications.

• Ensure software meets quality, security, modifiability, and extensibility requirements.

• Manage and balance the needs and priorities of multiple teams and stakeholders.

• Work within agile teams, contributing to an iterative design and development process.

• Support content management system (CMS) development, such as Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
