As a UX and Digital Marketing Copywriter for Namecheap and our associated brand, Spaceship, you will be an all-rounder, collaborating with teams on projects, and ensuring a strong focus on usability, accessibility, and customer engagement.
You will write clear, engaging, and persuasive copy, including website copy, promotional materials, blogs, and emails.
You will be a technically proficient content specialist with an understanding of digital platforms, content management systems, and marketing tools, capable of adapting content to suit diverse audiences and technical contexts. Knowledge of hosting products is preferred.
Location & Time Zone: This role is 100% remote as long as you’re in the EET or Central Europe time zone +/- 2 hours.Interview process: 4 stages - 45 min HR conversation ➡️ 1h Values/Technical discussion ➡️ Short home exercise ➡️ 1h final interview

Your team: 9 people (Director of Content, Copy Lead, Senior Copywriters, Digital Copywriters, and YOU!) + cross-functional teams.

What will you do:
UX writing
-Design content that aligns with product user journeys and supports its functionality.
-Create clear, concise, and user-centred content to help users complete tasks.
-Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers and product teams to ensure the content fits seamlessly into the design.
-Adhere to and help develop style guides and governance frameworks for consistency across platforms.
Digital marketing copy
-Craft user-focused copy for website landing pages, emails, and other digital touchpoints across our online platforms.
-Develop engaging blog posts, articles, and ad-hoc content, including scripts and microcopy, that enhance the customer journey.
-Conduct revisions, edits, and rigorous proofreading to ensure clarity, consistency, and alignment with brand voice and technical standards.

-Proven experience in crafting digital copy for websites, emails, blogs, and marketing campaigns with a strong understanding of UX principles.
-Skilled in writing user-centric microcopy that guides and informs users in digital interfaces.
-Demonstrated ability to create engaging long-form content (blogs, articles) that builds trust and resonates with target audiences.
-Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including developers and designers, to produce cohesive, high-quality content.
-Excellent attention to detail, with proficiency in editing, proofreading, and optimizing content for usability and SEO.
