Compensation: $75000 $150000

Includes base salary commissions and performance-based bonuses. Actual earnings will reflect your experience performance and results.

What Youll Do:

• Lead & Inspire a motivated sales team to exceed goals in a high-energy environment.

• Drive Performance through hands-on deal structuring trade appraisals and inventory optimization.

• Champion the Customer Experience by ensuring each interaction is exceptional building loyal long-term relationships.

• Collaborate Across Departments to maximize profitability and streamline operations.

• Recruit & Develop Top Talent turning product specialists into sales superstars.

• Stay Ahead of the Curve with deep product knowledge of all Chevrolet vehicles and the competitive market.

What Were Looking For:

• 3 years of automotive sales management experience (Chevy/GMC preferred).

• A proven track record of leading high-performing sales teams .

• Strong coaching leadership and problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Experience with CRM DMS and internet sales platforms.

• A passion for the automotive industry and delivering world-class customer service.

• Valid drivers license and a drive to succeed.
