Job Description

Enterprise Medical Recruiting is assisting a large GI group in Utica, New York, in recruiting a new partner. The group has 5 Board Certified Gastroenterologists and 8 APPs. This is a traditional practice with a clear path to ownership or employed option – they are booking out 6 months in advance!

Practice Details:

• Tons of ancillaries – Pathology, Anesthesia, CT, Ultrasound, Breath testing, Capsule Endoscopy, hemorrhoid banding, elastography, RFA, esophageal and anal manometry.
• Clinical Research and Clinical Trials – firm believers of continued education. Hold Journal Club on the first Tuesday of every month. High levels of Clinical Research, NASH/IBD, and Biomarkers for Colon cancer
• No competition in the area
• 4 days in ASC, 1 day in clinic typical schedule
• 14-16 patients daily on average
• The call is shared equally for weeknights, weekends, and holidays
• Rotate 1 full week in the hospital during the day; other weeks strictly clinic/procedures
• All rounding and call is done with the APP. APP takes the first call
• Brand new state-of-the-art Hospital and Beautiful Endoscopy Center

Compensation Package:

• 550K starting salary
• 50K sign-on bonus
• Comprehensive healthcare benefits
• 4 weeks of PTO plus 1 week of CME and Allowance
• 1-2 years to partnership – Full practice ownership available: Expected 700-900K once partner annually
• Training Stipend available
